Shipping & Delivery
 
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Typically orders ship out within 3-4 business(!) days after you placed the order.
Shipping Methods: UPS, US Postal Service or FedEx. Standard Domestic Shipping: Free U.S. Standard domestic shipping starts at $79.99. Normally it takes 3-5 days depending on your location.
Economical shipping option for items below $10.00 total with no tracking number: Please note, that when choosing this method, you are responsible for the product from the moment we shipped it. We will provide you with your request copy of shipping receipt. 
Domestic Expedited Shipping: Typically, Expedited Orders placed before 12 pm EST/ 9 am PST will process within 2 business days. Packing and shipping will be following processing. Even with expedited shipping delay of processing and packing may occur. For example: you ordered 2-day shipping. We will ship it out within 2 -3 business day and you must add 2-day shipping to the process.
Please note that expedited orders placed on Friday that ship that day will take 1 extra business day (not including Saturdays or Sundays) to reach you location.
Free return shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time. We recommend shipping returned merchandise with tracking purposes.
International Orders: Delivery time varies but can range from 5-16+ days depending on customs in the receiving country. For international inquirires about shipping, please contact us directly at support@petmonarchy.com or chat live on our website.

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Please, make sure you contact us prior to returning so we can provide you with the best method of shipping the product back and to receive Return Approval Number. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, never worn. We want the order process to be hassle and risk-free! Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Send returns along with a copy of the invoice and a note indicating what you would like us to do to and reason of your return or exchange. Please include your email address.If you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping and will send you the new product at no extra cost to you. We won’t accept returns without Return Approval Number which you have to obtain prior shipping back.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
Prices displayed on the Pet Monarchy website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@petmonarchy.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Pet Monarchy accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, Discover,  PayPal.
Pet Monarchy charges taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
