We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, never worn by pets. We want the order process to be hassle and risk free! Send returns along with a copy of the invoice and a note indicating what you would like us to do to and reason of your return or exchange and iclude your email address. There is no exchange nor return for products worn by pets. If you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping and will send you new product with no extra cost to you.
