Where does this store ship from?
Our Pet Monarchy designs are shipped from Manhattan. Most of our products, which we have authorized dealer of, will ship from warehouses scattered in the United States. Never from Abroad. We believe in supporting American Economy. Third Party products ship from different warehouses, usually if it’s from abroad we will mention in the product description.
What are this store’s return and exchange policies?
You have 15 days to exchange or return your product. Please, be adviced that worn products won’t be accepted. Also as a store policy, you must call us prior to shipping back so we can advise you about the method of shipping or answer to your complaint. Perhaps we can find a solution for your problem. We always have your happiness and your pet comfort in mind. Our contact number is 212 470 9864. If we are away or not picking up, please leave a message. We will get back to you within 12 hrs. (Since it could be the night when you called). If you called before 5 pm EST we will call you back within few hours at most.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We understand that people of great taste come from all over the World and we want to share with them our fashion sense.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency and method of shipping service you were chosen and time we need to make/tailor and process your order etc. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do you make Pet Monarchy Couture in mass production?
No, our pieces are handmade, special and unique. We want you to have access to pet fashion that is one of it’s kind. Unless you want to order bigger amounts we may accommodate you, because Our Clients are our priority.
As an authorized dealer for other companies, we are aware that their products are made to masses. But we carry only the best of Pet Product Companies out there.
Do you copy those designs from others?
Absolutely not! We are using Joanna’s (owner) imagination. We believe she has enough for few lives… Maybe even nine;) meowww.
How do you choose your fabrics, designs?
We study current fashion trends, colors, silhouettes for humans. We are also inspired by Old World Glory of Fashion made for Royals, Aristocrats and Creme de la Creme of Society. We hand pick our fabrics. We touch, feel, look and smell it, to assure that it will provide multileveled positive experience. We design our products with 3D effect. We want them to look great from each side, because pets are different than humans and some details are seen clearly, unlike with people hidden under.

Why your prices are so low if it is Couture?
There are 2 reasons:
First, we believe in making stuff out of love and for sake of making it. We love what we do!
Second, the economy is pretty rough on many people, but we know they want to treat their pets to royal standards. So we are here for them.
